Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our insurance products.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay up-to-date on the company’s insurance products and services.

• Explain policy details, coverage, and benefits to customers effectively.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Provide excellent customer service, including addressing queries and concerns.

• Identify potential leads and maintain an organized customer database.

• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.

Required Candidate profile

Experience – 2 yrs & above in Insurance/loan/CASA / Finance
Preferred from the Insurance Industry
CTC: 4.25 Lakhs + Conveyance
