Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company. This role involves generating leads, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets to support the company’s expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and field visits.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target potential clients and generate revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Product Presentations: Present products or services to potential clients, explaining their features and benefits.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contract terms and close deals that meet the company’s goals and client needs.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates business development activities, sales performance, and client feedback to the management.
Requirements:
– Must be a local candidate.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
– Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
– Age 21 to 32.
