We are hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our agency channel through agent recruitment and sales support. The role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and field experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit new agents for life insurance sales
– Conduct training and daily follow-ups
– Guide agents to generate quality leads
– Support agents during customer visits
– Ensure daily reporting of agent activity
– Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales
– Graduation is a must
– Local market knowledge required
– Ability to work independently in field
