We are seeking a motivated and result-orientated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive insurance sales, acquire new customers, and expand market presence through strategic field and relationship-building activities.Key
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for life/general insurance products.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and local campaigns.
- Meet assigned sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
- Coordinate with internal underwriting, operations, and claims teams.
- Conduct product presentations and awareness sessions in communities or corporates.
- Maintain proper records of sales leads, prospects, and follow-ups in CRM.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 2+ years in insurance/BFSI/sales domain.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-starter with a customer-centric approach.
