Job Title: Business Development Executive – Insurance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-orientated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive insurance sales, acquire new customers, and expand market presence through strategic field and relationship-building activities.Key

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients for life/general insurance products.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and local campaigns.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
  • Coordinate with internal underwriting, operations, and claims teams.
  • Conduct product presentations and awareness sessions in communities or corporates.
  • Maintain proper records of sales leads, prospects, and follow-ups in CRM.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience: 2+ years in insurance/BFSI/sales domain.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Self-starter with a customer-centric approach.
