Job Summary:
We are hiring a business development executive to drive insurance sales, generate leads, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business growth through direct sales and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and support
- Stay updated on insurance products and competitor offerings
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduation preferred
- Experience: 2+ years in insurance or sales
- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and target-driven approach
- Other: Willing to travel locally, two-wheeler preferred
