Job Description

As a Business Development – Field Sales professional, you play a pivotal role in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through market research, networking, and field visits.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, business development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management abilities
  • Ability to travel regularly for client visits and fieldwork
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
