As a Business Development – Field Sales professional, you play a pivotal role in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through market research, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and offer appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales, business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management abilities
- Ability to travel regularly for client visits and fieldwork
- Comfortable working in a target-driven
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
