Job Description

In the quick-paced insurance industry of India, we are seeking a creative Business Development Manager to propel the expansion of our Agency Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• To increase the sales force throughout the area, find and hire additional agents or agencies.
• Create and put into action focused plans to propel company expansion via the agency channel.
• Build enduring, solid bonds with top-performing agents and assist them in reaching sales goals.
• Give agents ongoing training and direction to enhance their performance, product knowledge, and sales abilities.
• Keep abreast of consumer demands, market trends, and rival activity in order to modify tactics and spot new chances.
• To meet company objectives, monitor sales performance, spot gaps, and take remedial action.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in sales and marketing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Must be local candidate
