Duties and Positions:
• Use the organization’s shared leads to convert them into sales.
• Increase revenue and profitability targets set by the Direct-revenue Management by cultivating new and existing accounts.
• Maintain a current and accurate database with the target, existing, and potential customers.
• By effectively leading the sales force, you can attain expansion and surpass sales goals.
• Create and execute a strategic business plan that keeps the company robust and grows its clientele.
• Setting goals, guiding salespeople, and keeping an eye on their performance
• Develop and foster enduring, solid client connections by working together and learning about their needs.
• Provide management with realistic projections and reports on sales, income, and expenses.
• Recognize new markets and market trends while being completely informed.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
