Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and identify strategic business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute business development strategies
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product)
– Manage and mentor business development team members
– Negotiate and close deals

Requirements:

– 2+ years of core sales or marketing or business development experience
– Proven track record of success
– Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
