Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding the agency channel by identifying, recruiting, and developing new agency partnerships. This role involves building strong relationships with potential and existing agency partners, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•  Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand the company’s market reach.

•  Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to ensure long-term partnerships.

•  Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability through agency partners.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with agency partners to ensure mutually beneficial

partnerships.

• Monitor agency partner performance and provide support to improve results.

•  Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the agency channel.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in business development and sales within the life insurance industry.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• In-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry and agency channel.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

 

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
