Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with a network of agents and agencies. This role focuses on developing, training, and supporting agents to help them achieve their sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and recruit new agents to build and expand the agency network.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate agents on product offerings, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of individual agents and agencies.
- Resolve issues or challenges faced by agents and ensure a smooth workflow for policy sales.
- Track and evaluate agent performance, offering support and solutions for underperformance.
- Build strong relationships with agents, addressing queries and ensuring their needs are met.
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of agents.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- 1+ year sales experience
- Graduate
- Local preferable
- Age 21-38
