Business Development Manager
DESCRIPTION:
Business Development Manager role involves managing relationships with insurance agents, supporting them in their sales efforts, and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to meet company sales targets.
ROLES:
- Identify and recruit new agents to build and expand the agency network.
- Develop relationships with new and existing agents, providing support and resources to enhance performance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate agents on product offerings, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Continuously evaluate the training needs of agents and arrange for necessary development programs.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in sales
- Age 21-38
- Local preferable
