Job Description

a top insurance company in India, renowned for its creative solutions and first-rate support. We are looking for driven Sales Executives to drive growth and cultivate great connections with insurance agents as we expand our Agency Channel.

Principal Duties:
• Find, hire, and acclimate new insurance representatives.
• Give agents continual assistance and training.
• Create and implement plans to reach sales goals.
• Help agents with fieldwork and sales tactics.
Perform market research to find new prospects.
• Verify compliance with legal and corporate regulations.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a similar discipline is required.
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales abilities.
• Age range: 21–38
• expertise: At least one year of sales and marketing expertise is required; local candidates are preferred.

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
