Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at HDFC Life, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients and channel partners, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting HDFC Life’s insurance products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and financial advisors.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory guidelines.
