We are looking for  BDE to lead a team of advisor . The ideal candidate will be responsible for Advisor recruitment, team management, lead generation, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership,  communication skills

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Team Member
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum  2 years of experience in any sales
• Age 23- 37
• preferred local person
