Job Description

Manage a sales force, find new business prospects, and assist in the company’s growth. Finding new business possibilities and creating plans to expand the company are the responsibilities of a business development manager (BDM).

Responsibilities :

  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
  • locating fresh business prospects.
  • Assist the group in creating a solid sales pipeline and acquiring new clients.
  • Hire, train, and onboard new members of the sales staff.
  • Encourage cooperation and maintain team focus.
  • Enhance team performance and sales procedures on a constant basis.

 

Requirements :

Any Graduate.

At least  2 to 3 years of field sales and marketing experience.

Age range: 21–38 years.
