Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
- locating fresh business prospects.
- Assist the group in creating a solid sales pipeline and acquiring new clients.
- Hire, train, and onboard new members of the sales staff.
- Encourage cooperation and maintain team focus.
- Enhance team performance and sales procedures on a constant basis.
Requirements :
Any Graduate.
At least 2 to 3 years of field sales and marketing experience.
Age range: 21–38 years.
