Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our lead generation efforts while effectively managing and guiding a team of advisors to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a passion for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in Any field.
Experience (2+ years) in lead Generation   sales
Must from local
Age 23 – 38
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
