Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our agency partnerships in the life insurance market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow agency partnerships.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new agency partnerships.
• Provide leadership, support, and training to agency partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in business development or sales.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Local to the area or willing to travel.
• CTC Package upto:3.20 LPA
• 2+Years of experiences in Fields Sales.
