Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the sales team, offering leadership and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A Bachelor’s Degree Mandatory.
- 2+Years of field sales experiences.
- Age Criteria:21 to 38.
