Develop and motivate your sales team, recruit and manage Insurance Advisers in your market, and coordinate effectively with the central team.

Skills & Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

·         Experience: 1+ years in sales

·         Age should be between 21 to 38 years

·         Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
