Find and manage local Insurance Advisers, develop and motivate your sales team, and collaborate effectively with the central staff.
Duties:
– Find and onboard advisers and agents for insurance.
– Inspiring and motivating your sales crew.
– In the designated market, hire and oversee insurance advisers.
– Works in tandem with the center crew.
Qualifications and Proficiency:
– In every field, a bachelor’s degree is advised.
– A minimum of one year of sales experience
– The age range of 21 to 38 is good.
– Strong sales, communication, and leadership skills.
