We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for the Agency Channel. This role is focused on driving business growth in a specific region by recruiting, training, and managing a team of talented agents to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and motivate financial advisors to achieve set targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure sales goals are met.
- Identify new business opportunities and modify strategies based on performance data.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to enhance the performance of agents.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to shape business strategy.
- Equip agents with effective techniques to engage high-value customer segments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A completed Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with agents and clients.
