As an Business Development Manager in the Agency Channel, you will be responsible for driving business growth within a designated region. Your role will include developing, managing, and leading a team of high-performing agents to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train a network of agents to help drive business expansion in your designated area.
- Formulate and implement strategies to enhance agent productivity and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Provide regular coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure agents meet their targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide agents with the necessary resources and support for achieving their sales targets.
- Ensure that all sales activities are in full compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing in any field.
- Proven success in meeting sales goals and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with teams.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies for business growth.
