Create and inspire your sales force, find and oversee Insurance Advisers in your area, and work well with the central staff.
Obligations:
– Find and bring on board insurance experts and agents.
– motivating and developing your sales force.
– Hire and oversee insurance advisors in the designated market.
– collaborates with the center’s staff.
– Monitor agent performance and provide necessary guidance.
– Drive sales performance through motivation and coaching.
Candidate profile :
– Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2+ Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing
– Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing
– CTC Bracket: up To : 3.15 LPA
– Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
– Location: Candidate must be a locality
