Job Role:

Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents.
Achieve sales targets using effective field strategies.
Provide support to agents and exceptional service to clients.
Identify new business prospects and monitor industry trends.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years in field sales (insurance preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
Must own a bike & a valid driver’s license
