The Business Development Manager in the Agency segment drives business growth by developing and managing a dynamic team of agents within an assigned area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Source, onboard, and upskill agents to achieve business objectives in the area.
  • Devise tactics to optimize agent output and meet sales quotas regularly.
  • Conduct ongoing training, mentorship, and performance reviews for agents.
  • Study market shifts and competitor activities to pinpoint growth avenues.
  • Liaise with internal teams to provide agents with necessary support.
  • Ensure all sales practices comply with company and legal standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 3-9 years of sales or business development experience, insurance sector preferred.
  • Track record of surpassing sales targets and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities.
  • Skilled in data analysis and growth strategy development.
