The Business Development Manager in the Agency segment drives business growth by developing and managing a dynamic team of agents within an assigned area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source, onboard, and upskill agents to achieve business objectives in the area.
- Devise tactics to optimize agent output and meet sales quotas regularly.
- Conduct ongoing training, mentorship, and performance reviews for agents.
- Study market shifts and competitor activities to pinpoint growth avenues.
- Liaise with internal teams to provide agents with necessary support.
- Ensure all sales practices comply with company and legal standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3-9 years of sales or business development experience, insurance sector preferred.
- Track record of surpassing sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities.
- Skilled in data analysis and growth strategy development.
