Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to lead and inspire a team of insurance sales agents in reaching their sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide guidance, oversight, and management of the Agents/IMs within their hierarchy concerning their life insurance operations.

– Ensure the quality of life insurance policies obtained by the Agents/IMs under their supervision.

– Hold vicarious responsibility for any actions or omissions made by the Agents/IMs within their hierarchy.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

– 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
