We are seeking an energetic Sales Team Leader – On Role to oversee our field sales team, driving revenue growth and enhancing client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Motivate and direct field sales representatives to achieve optimal performance.

– Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to reach objectives.

– Discover new business prospects and cultivate client relationships.

– Closely monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics.

Qualifications:

– A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

– At least 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in field sales.

– Demonstrated success in establishing and achieving sales targets.

– Strong leadership, mentoring, and client management abilities.

– Proficient in analyzing sales data and tracking performance.

– Must reside locally.
