Job Description

Your primary responsibility is to motivate, mentor, and facilitate sales achievements while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be tasked with recruiting, training, and overseeing a team of advisors to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

– Cultivate robust relationships with both advisors and customers.

– Engage in Sales and Business Development activities.

– Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.

– Evaluate agent performance and offer necessary support.

– Enhance sales outcomes through encouragement and coaching.

Skills & Qualifications:

– A Bachelor’s degree in any field.

– 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing.

– Preferred age range is 21-38 years.

– Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
