– Recruitment, Licensing and Activation of IRDA Agents
– Maintaining Relationship with Existing Agents
– Responsible for Top and Bottom Line
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive business growth and meet sales targets by effectively leading the sales team
– Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives and financial advisors
– Inspire and guide the team to achieve individual and team goals
– Explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products
– Handle month-end and year-end sales closure activities
– Engage in fieldwork to maximize customer outreach and business potential
Desired Candidate Profile :
– Age should not be more than 38 year
– Two-wheelers are mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
– candidate must have knowledge of the local market
– Graduation is mandatory
