Business Development Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients (dealers, contractors, builders, retailers), and achieving sales targets for electrical products within the Thane district and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell all compy product.

• Identify and onboard new clients including electrical contractors, builders, retailers, and distributors in Ulhasnagar and nearby markets.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.

• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.

• Work closely with the backend sales and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and service.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• 2–5 years of field sales experience in the any domain.

• Strong network of contacts in Ulhasnagar and Thane region preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel locally.
