We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager in Jaipur to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients in the Jaipur region
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
2+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (insurance/BFSI preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Local market knowledge is a plus
