Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, calling, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Convert potential leads into active customers by presenting tailored solutions and value propositions.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine business strategies.
  • Prepare and present customized business proposals, quotations, and pitches to prospects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams like marketing, product, and operations to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and Marketing required.
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate
  • Preferred local candidate.
