Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and build long-term value for the company. This role requires a mix of sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of the industry landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s client base.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success and repeat business.
- Present, promote, and pitch company products/services to potential clients through meetings, demos, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to align goals and deliver customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize strategies.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM systems with accurate lead and activity data.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate
- Preferred local candidate.
