Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in any sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving loan sales across our target markets

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and acquire new clients.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

– Conduct thorough needs analysis and offer appropriate loan solutions.

– Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.

– Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

– Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

– Graduate in any discipline.

– Minimum 2 years of experience in any sales , marketing or BFSI.

– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Self-motivated and target-oriented.
