Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, market research, and direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business partnerships
• Pitch products/services to prospective clients and close sales deals
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 2–4years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of initiative and self-motivation
