Job Summary:
We’re looking for an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to drive business growth. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B/B2C)
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online platforms
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Create and present business proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Achieve revenue targets and contribute to company growth
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
2–5 years of experience in business development or sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset
Self-driven and target-focused
Willing to travel if required
