Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales (insurance/BFSI preferred)
Age Limit: 23 to 40 years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Agency Development Officer to lead the recruitment and development of life insurance agents in the Warangal region. This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership and people management skills who can build high-performing agency networks.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard life insurance advisors from the local area
Train and mentor agents on insurance products, compliance, and sales skills
Drive agents to meet individual and team targets through regular follow-ups
Support agents in client acquisition, lead generation, and policy conversions
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain post-sale relationships

 
Key Skills Required: 
Strong knowledge of life insurance and financial products
Team-building and leadership abilities
Local market knowledge and networking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales planning and target management
Ability to train, guide, and motivate a distributed sales force

Salary & Benefits: 
CTC Range: uptp ₹3.5 LPA
