Job Description:
Join our Medinipur team as an Agency BDM and lead agency sales in this evolving industrial & rural region. You’ll be responsible for recruitment, field coaching, strategy implementation, and growing insurance business through local networks.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and on-board insurance agents across Medinipur
Provide in-field mentoring and agent performance support
Design targeted sales initiatives for industrial and rural clients
Regular monitoring of sales funnel, KPIs and team productivity
Conduct trainings, weekly reviews, and performance evaluation
Ensure regulatory compliance and process adherence

Job Requirements:
Graduate degree (any discipline)
2+ years of experience in field sales (insurance/BFSI preferred)
Proven team management and target achievement capabilities
Understanding of Medinipur’s local area.
Excellent communication in Bengali, Hindi, or English
Age limit: Up to 39 years
