Job Description

Join us as a BDM in Bankura, where you’ll help expand our agency channel by recruiting and developing insurance advisors in a high-potential semi-urban market.

Key Responsibilities: 
Recruit, train, and mentor life insurance advisors
Plan and implement sales campaigns in the local region
Monitor field activity and support sales closure
Conduct business reviews and product training
Build strong relationships with customers and agents

Job Requirements: 
Graduate (mandatory)
Minimum 2 year of experience in sales or marketing
Should be based in or near Bankura
Excellent field communication and networking skills
Age between 21 to 40 years
