Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Create and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close business deals in line with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Candidate Profile: 

  • Graduate in any stream;
  • 2–4years of relevant experience in field sales and team leadership
  • Must have handled multiple locations or districts
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of local markets, customer behavior, and competition
  • Immediate joiners preferred
