Job Description

Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, and collaboration with marketing teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in required.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in BFSI or Sales or Marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
