Roles & Responsibilities:

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, cold calling, and field visits in Nashik.

– Handle price negotiations, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

– Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets

– Maintain accurate sales records, client details, and reports for management review.

Qualification & Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in any field

– 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.

– Good at team leadership, local market understanding & reporting

– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

– Target-oriented and team management ability
