Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager – BFSI is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving sales growth in Insurance sector. The role involves acquiring clients, and maintaining strong relationships.
Key Roles:
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships Customers
- Promote and explain features and benefits of insurance products.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate deals.
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
