Roles and responsibilities : 

• The Sales Manager Team is in charge of assembling a team of Life Insurance Advisors from their personal and professional networks 
• fostering trusting relationships with the team and the clients 
• Pay attention to managing the sales team, the geographic coverage, and the spread. 
• Gather leads from the general public. 
• Assemble, train, inspire, and counsel a group of sales reps.
• Fieldwork to reach as many customers as possible
• Focus on cross-selling and upselling opportunities. 

Desired Candidate Profile : 

• Qualification: Graduate  
• Experience: 2+ Years in Any Field Sales 
• Age : Min 21 Years – Max 38 Year 
• Two Wheeler Required
