Job Description

We are hiring in Haldia right now. A reputed company is looking for business development managers who are from the area and have at least 2 years of experience in field sales.

This is not a fresher role. We want people who have done sales before and know what it takes.

Position : Business Development Manager
Location : Haldia – WB
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Build and manage a customer base in your assigned area
– Conduct daily field visits to meet new and existing customers
– Present our offerings clearly and handle objections confidently
– Close sales and ensure proper paperwork is completed
– Share daily activity and pipeline update with your manager
– Contribute to the overall growth of the branch

Candidate Profile :
– Graduation is mandatory
– At least 2 years of experience working in field sales and marketing
– Must be staying in Haldia or adjacent locality – This is compulsory
– Sales experience from any sector will be considered
– Good communicator with a customer-friendly approach
– Determined and consistent in achieving targets
