Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to strengthen our Agency Channel by building a high-performing advisor team and driving consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit potential advisors to expand business reach
  • Provide product training and sales support to advisors
  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Assist advisors in customer meetings and policy closures
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets through effective planning
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and advisors
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Graduation is compulsory
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
