Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

– Assemble and oversee an advisory board

– Teach the group about the product and methods

– Oversee the performance and productivity of team leaders and agents.

– Complete sales based on leads that team members have produced.

– Create MIS reports and oversee database utilisation and sourcing.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of sales experience

– Good communication skills
