Job Description

Positions and Accountabilities:

– Will be in charge of managing a group of advisors

– Mainly in charge of advancing and creating a robust variable agency model within the region

– Using the variable agency model to deliver the top-line revenue figures

– Will be in charge of reaching the Channel’s renewal goals.

– Preferable from Only Life Insurance Agency Background.

– Expertise in establishing and growing a sales force.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of sales experience

– Good communication skills
