Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
– Finding and hiring new representatives and agents to increase the size of the agency force
– Offering agents guidance and training to improve their customer relationship management, sales, and product knowledge
– Tracking and assessing agents’ performance, establishing goals, and offering assistance to help them reach sales targets
– Creating and carrying out plans and strategies for sales in order to reach or surpass revenue goals and sales targets.
– Ensuring agents are well-versed in the company’s insurance and financial offerings so they can explain the features and advantages of the products to clients.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of sales experience
– Good communication skills
